I saw your comment about GlossyBox so here's some more info:
You pay £10 a month and once you sign up it's a rolling contract which you can cancel at anytime. They are delivered 2nd class recorded and we got ours a day after dispatch. They are only going to out high end products in our boxes and are working on creating better boxes every month. Hope this helps!
I make my cover photos with Word. But PicMonkey.com also has great facebook cover-tools. Andddd, Pinterest is my fav to find cute fb cover photos :)! xxx
